To Ragoo Pigs feet & Ears
Take Your Feet & Ears out of the pickle they
are soused in or boil them till they are tender
then cut them in to little long thin bits,
about 2 Inches long & about a Q r of an Inch
thick put them in to Your Stewpan, with
half a Pint of good Gravy, a Glass of white Wine
a good deal of mustard a good peice of Butter
Rolled in Flour a little Pepper & salt
stir all together till it is a fine thickness
then Dish it up
A good Plum Cake
4 Pound & a half of Currents, 3 p
2 pound of Butter 1 ounce of Sweet Spice
Three q r of a pound of Sugar half a pin
of good Yeast wet it with warm Milk
Melt yout Butter in the Milk:
3 Hours Bake it
