To make Blomange
Boil 1 [Iseing][ .as.], in Quart of
clear Spring water, till it comes to three Quarters
of a Pint, and boil in a bit of Lemon Peels,
just to give it flavour, but not to make it
Bitter, when it is Cold put n as much thick Cream
as will make it white, then put in a spoonful
of rose water, and a Spoonful of Orange flower
Water, squese in a very Little Lemon, three or four
spoonfuls of Sack a mountain wine, Sweeten it with
fine Sugar; if you like to have Some grean you
may Colour it with juice of Spinage
