with Pepper & Salt, then Bake it with
Butter, and when it is Quite Tender pour
the fat and Gravy off, and beat it with a
Little of the Butter, and put a little anchovy
into it but no Gravy, for that will make it not
keep then put it into the Pot you intend to
keep it in, and cover it with the Remainder of
the Butter, just set it into a Slow Oven after
you have put it into the Pot, you intend
Keeping it in before you cover it with Butter
