Whit amber mastick red corall perle Conselida [maious] crabs eyes crocus marsit finly powdred nutmeg ana 2 drames gum guiacum one drame wch Sion turpentin make ym into pilles ye usuall quantity is half a drame this pill is to be taken every day morning & night after you have prepared your self wth ye pill folowing

Take gum guiacum one drame rubarb alowes & sena of each a Scruple rosin of Golop 10 graines wth Sio turpentin make ym into piles at first twice a week & after but once a week

A pill for ye head
[Five] dramme of Coshea rowled up in 5 pills and taken early in ye morninge fastinge is good to purge ye head itt will worke about halfe a dozen times if itt make yw sicke yw may drinke broth after 2 or 3 howers

To make pills for ye Stomach
Take 4 penny weight of Masticke finely beaten and searsed and as much red rose leaves beaten and searsed halfe a quarter of A Casackalina beaten and searsed mingle these together with a little sirrop of Damaske roses and so make up all into pills and take of the, before supper 5

Take ye best Alowes ye quantity of a nut & keep it in Endive water 4 or 5 howers yn power ye watter from it & tak out ye Aloes & make it up wth metheradate in pills & rowle ym in ye powder of licoris or sugar wn you goe to bed
