Take 4 handfulls of Sage beat it in a Stone morter like greene Sauce then putt in a quart of clarrett wine lett it soe stand 3 or 4 daies sterring it twice or thrice then lett it stand and settle and the next morning take of the Sage wine 3 spoonfulls and of runing water one Spoonfull, fast after it an hower or better, Use this from [michas] tell the end of March
It will cure any ach or humor in the joynts, Dry Rhumes keepe from all deseases to the 4th degree, It will helpe the Dead palsey and convulsions of the Sinews It Sharpens the memory and from the beginning of taking of it it will keep the body milde strengthen nature till the fullness of ye daies be finished noe thing wilbee changed in ye strength Except the change of yor haire It will keepe the teete Sound that they be not corrupted It will keepe you from the gout and dead palsey the Dropsey or any Swelling in the Joynts in the body It will alsoe helpe women in conseption if they use it 20 daies together, this by the helpe of Almight God hath kept me in this Estate from 50 to 85 yeares old Gods name be Glorifyed

Take sage young Isip & Rue of Each a like quantity dry it & make this tow fin powder mingle in it a litle Alum & so much hony as will mak it into a masse & so wth this rub your teeth every night after you have washed ym & your mouth wth this following watter wch you must doe allso morning & after noon
Boyll the same hearbs of each a handfull in a quart of running watter & put a spoonfull or tow of hony wth a litle Alum & ther wth wash your mouth
