Bake in 400° over for 10 to 12 min.

Cream Cheese Chive Omelet


½ lb cream chive cheese 1½ tsp salt
6 eggs, separated ¼ t. pepper
¼ c. milk 3 T salad oil

Cream cheese with spoon & beat
in egg yolks, separately. Blend in
milk, salt, pepper. Beat egg whites
stiff. Fold into cheese mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet. Pour in omelet
and cook over low heat 10 mins or until
bottom is lightly browned. Then
bake in 350° over for 10 min. Cut across
center without cutting all the way
through. Loosen sides well. Fold over
carefully & turn onto hot platter.
