Turn into floured board, and divide
in half. Round up each half into
a smooth ball. Cover with clean
damp cloth and let rise 15 min on
board. Shape into loaf and place in
greased pans 9½x5½x2¾ [inches] Cover
with clean towel, place in warm
place and let rise until double
Bake in 400° oven for 45 min. Makes 2
loaves
