Soup Making

A great many materials
are used for soup. One may

hand. Among winter vegetables
used are turnips, carrots
celery & onions. Cream soup
can be made from any of these.

Soups are divided into two
great classes with stock soups
without stock.

Soups with stock have for
their bases, beef veal fish
poultry, or same, seperately
or combined.

Boulion made from warm
beef delicately seasoned.
