Notes on Celery Soup
To garnish it we use the
little tender sprouts from center
of celery.
Drop these in top of soup just
before serving. Little sprigs of
parsley can be used. They are
a darker green.
Chopped parsley can be used.

Whipped cream can also be
used. Beat cream stiff. Drop
in tbsp of cream onto each dish
of soup. That with parsley is
very pretty.
Croutons & imperial sticks [veg. oil butter substitute]
should not be dropped into the
soup.
