Cleaned car. Dick, Herb
& myself went to the village.
Swiped some carots & lettuce,
bought some lobster and went
up in the hill and had a real
feed on salad with menage,
jam & bread.

Wednesday, July 18, '17.

Convoi from Bozoches
to Braisne. Caried 75.
Left camp at 5 A.M. got
home at 12. Passed
miles of convoi of
"75" canon & their baggage.
Slept all afternoon.

The convoi that went to
Chateau Souper Moudax
got shelled very badly. Dick
& the French guide got hit in
the helmet from a shell that
