General paid us a visit
last week and the
officers say he
rated this division very
high. If I ever get
near home again I
will go crazy. We are
almost as far advanced
in training now as the
old men were when
they left. I have had
more advanced training
than any of them ever
had while they were
in this camp. I certainly
learnt awhole lot in
the short time I was in
that platoon.
