so long. After we put
in about a month's good
training I will be in form
again.

I saw Frank Mathesone
just as I was coming into
camp, but did not have
a chance to talk to him.
I heard some one say
there's Dewey Lyford
and it was him and
Walter Brashman. I
tried to find Walter
yesterday but the
regiment is all scattered
around camp so I
gave it up as a hopeless
job. I didn't have any
to much "pep" anyway
and it was pretty hot.
