Dearest Mother and all:

This will be the
first letter I have written
for two weeks or more,
owing to the fact that we
have been on the move, or
getting ready to move.

We left Planay at
exactly 12:40 P.M. Thursday
afternoon, April the third, on
our first lap toward HOME.
Our packs were hauled about
a kilo from the depot and
that took between 60 and
70 lbs. off of our back. It
