Mr Silas Sanborn

Dear Sir

As we did all the work for Mr Carpenter in setting the stonework and grading & sodding Lot 1508 we proposed as is our custom, to cut the grass and keep the lot clean and in good order for the present season without charge therfore. If it is your wish to employ parties not in the employ of the Corpn please kindly advise me of the fact.

I enclose order in blank which you will notice can be made continuous until forbid by signing at the bottom.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
