Adopted. From Committee on Streets granting the petition of F. H. McKowin and others for planking Temperance Street from Mercer Street to Roy Street a distance of one block. Adopted. From Committee on License & Revenue on petition of John Forbes for the return of certain license money to the effect that no rebate can be allowed unless both parties join in the request. Adopted. Licenses Ordered Issued. Morgan & Prosser, O. N. Morse, John Johnson, Hahn and Engelman, Forbes & Roberts, Harmes & Dickman, Bockman & Kitzil.
