The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Monday, January 9^th 1865, at 10 o'clock a.m. (having been postponed from the 2^d inst. by the President, at the request of a majority of the Trustees.)

There were present the President and Messrs Austin, Cheever, Crocker, Livermore, Norcross, Rand & Read. ~

In the following cases applications were received for the representation of lots of deceased proprietors, and the persons nominated were severally designated to represent the lots. _
