The undersigned Petitions your Hon Board to have sewer extended from the cor of 4th & Olive to the cor of 4th & Virginia [styar] to the centre of block bet Stewart and Virginia to connect five houses three now unconnected if construction At present all sewage is run into a cesspool in alley which creates a terrible stench and is injurious to all surrounding.
