Mr T's letter. Vis" "I called on your Mother and found her much better than what I had anticipated before going up, she having nearly recovered from the effects of her fall down cellar -- which by the way she told me she had written a full description of"

I am sorry that you met with such an accident, but am glad that you are fast recovering from the effects thereof -- Hope you will experience no inconvenience on account of your fall, but will outgrow it entirely.

I am in hopes to receive your letter yet either tomorrow or in a fortnight from now when the next mail arrives.

The first time I went to the Post Office I only received a letter from Mr T. -- then after I read it and found that you had written me, I went to the office again, when I received a letter from Mr Stone but none from you. I shall go to the office again tomorrow morning, and if I am disappointed again then I must wait until the next mail arrives when I hope to get a letter from you and also those miniatures without fail --

I hope Charles and Harriet are well as they can assist you a great deal, and I also wish I was at home to attend you also, and if I were so situated that I could make you a visit within a short time I should certainly do so
