The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Monday February 5^th 1866, at 11 o'clock a.m.

There were present, the President, Messrs Adams, Austin, Cheever, Little, Lovejoy, Norcross, Rand and Read.

The record of the last two meetings was read. _
