The Mayor States that in the absence of the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners he had ordered an indigent man with broken leg to be taken to Providence Hospital. On motion Councilman Moran is appointed a Committee ofn one to to notify the County Commissioners of the case. Communication from Sam'l A Hoyt making fromal application for the position of Harbor Master is referred to Committee on Harbors & Wharves. Ordered that the clerk notify the Chief of Police to abate the nuisance on the Alley between Cherry & James & Front & Second Street]]s. Applications for Licenses Referred Anderson & Cresus for retail malt Bills Allowed White & Quigley Final payment for Fourth Street Grade Ord No 836 $3,366.65 Ordered that the Plat of Bell's Seventh Addition to the City of Seattle be approved with the exception of the part which lies outside of the meander line.
