Your order for covering the monument on lot #31 is received, but I do not clearly understand what is wanted. Do you wish the Corporation to make a cover for the monument? There is no cover here now for that lot.

The cover for the monument in your lot was found stored wit the other covers in our yard. It is made so that it rests on the monumnet, which will make it liable to scratch the stone.

The charge for taking off and putting on will be $2.00 each year.

I have looked at your lot. It will cost $7.75 to paint the fence with black paint. We never use black varnish and have not men at present accustomed to putting it on.

It will cost $12 to sod the front bank of the Tilson lot #2317.
