Treas^r quarterly Reports for July & Oct. _

The Treasurer presented his quarterly statements for July 1 and October 1., the same having been approved by the Finance Committee and said reports were accepted and ordered to be placed on file.

Lot 501 _ Perpet^l Repair _

The Committee on Lots reported that they had contracted with M^rs Ebenezer Smith for the perpetual repair of Lot N^o 501. for four hundred and fifty dollars. and it was

Voted. that said contract be ratified.
