Dear Madam:-

Your note to our Treasurer has been forwarded to me for answer. Your lot needs considerable repairs, the curbing needs to be reset and leaded, foundations are needed under three markers, the marble cleaned and the lot regraded and sodded. These repairs would cost $78.00.

Dear Sir: -

To propertly paint the fence on your lot will cost $8.00. It would improve the lot very much to remove the fence and all the posts but the four at the corners, recut those and cut the number of the lot, which can be done for the old material.
