The stone for the Eastburn Lot 1898 has been delivered and I find on looking at it that several small pieces have been chipped from the base. My men did not unload it. The money to be paid to the person delivering it has not yet been called for and I thought under the circumstances you might not wish it to be paid.

5 tons of the very best Hay at $21 per ton.

One half of each kind of the grain to be delivered on 2nd inst, and the balance on 16th inst. Some part of the hay is wanted at once, and the balance as soon as you can conveniently send it.
