Application of Chas. E. Wiggin for authority to remove bodies _ referred to Com. on Intermts

A written application from Chas. E. Wiggin proprietor of lot numbered 3347 for authority to remove ^the bodies of his children from lot no 923 belonging to his brother, James S. Wiggin, the said James S. having refused to sign the proper order therefor.

Voted that the matter be referred to the Committee on Interments to report thereon. _

Secretary to procure Horse Railroad Tickets for Trustees _

Upon request of Mr Cheever, Voted that the Secretary procure an additional supply of Horse Railroad Tickets for such of the Trustees as may wish to use them in going to the Cemetery.

Representatives designated for Lots

Upon the application of the parties in interest representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named as follows: _

15 James Longley, of Boston, son of James Longley, deceased proprietor of lot numbered 15;

40 Thos. C. Singleton of Boston, son of Thos. C. Singleton, decd propr of lot numbered 40;

577 Henry Blaney of Brookline, son of Benj. Blaney decd propr of lot numbered 577;

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on _

There were present the President, Messrs Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Livermore, Norcross and Rand.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Matter of petition of Chas. E. Wiggin amicably disposed of _

Mr Adams for the Committee on Interments to which was referred at the last meeting the communication of Chas. E. Wiggin, proprietor of lot numbered 3347 asking for authority to remove bodies from another lot to his own, reported that it was believed that an amicable adjustment had been effected.

Representatives designated for Lots

Upon the application of the parties in interest, the following persons were designated to represent the several lots in connection with which they are named: _

167 Frederic Tudor of Boston son of Frederic Tudor, deceased proprietor of lot numbered 167;

372 Hannah J. Lewis of Dorchester daughter of David Woodman deceased proprietor of lot numbered 372;
