Application of Chas. E. Wiggin for authority to remove bodies _ referred to Com. on Interm^ts

A written application from Chas. E. Wiggin proprietor of lot numbered 3347 for authority to remove ^^{the bodies of} his children from lot no 923 belonging to his brother, James S. Wiggin, the said James S. having refused to sign the proper order therefor.

Voted that the matter be referred to the Committee on Interments to report thereon. _

Secretary to procure Horse Railroad Tickets for Trustees _

Upon request of Mr Cheever, Voted that the Secretary procure an additional supply of Horse Railroad Tickets for such of the Trustees as may wish to use them in going to the Cemetery.

Representatives designated for Lots

Upon the application of the parties in interest representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named as follows: _

15 James Longley, of Boston, son of James Longley, deceased proprietor of lot numbered 15;

40 Thos. C. Singleton of Boston, son of Thos. C. Singleton, dec^d prop^r of lot numbered 40;

577 Henry Blaney of Brookline, son of Benj. Blaney dec^d prop^r of lot numbered 577;

Dear Sir

The price for the care of the four lots about which you ask, #922, 923, 924 and 925, would be $3 for any one lot, or if all are taken $10.00, and the price for top dressing would be $2.00 for any one lot, or $6.00 for all four.

To remove the fence and cut over the posts, so as to leave one at each corner of each lot, with a number & sod up the hole where the posts are taken out will cost $27.²⁵ & I will allow you $15 for the old fence & posts.

The whole lot would be much improved by either resodding & cleaning of the headstones which would cost $75 to $80 more and this would put all of the lots in the best of order.
