Mrs. Sophia M. Brown, Boston.

Dear Madam: -

Your order for covering the monument on lot #31 is received, but I do not clearly understand what is wanted. Do you wish the Corporation to make a cover for the monument? There is no cover here now for that lot.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Dear Madam:-

The cover for the monument in your lot was found stored wit the other covers in our yard. It is made so that it rests on the monumnet, which will make it liable to scratch the stone.

The charge for taking off and putting on will be $2.00 each year.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Brown

S.H. Gookin Esq. 10 Devonshire St, Boston.

Dear Sir:

The probable value of Lot 1559 Verbena Path is, from $45000 to $52500 perhaps the last named price is the more correct.

Very Respectfully James W Lovering Supt. per Childs.

Mrs. Sarah A. Tileston 20 Pemberton Sq Boston

Dear Madam

In answer to the note at foot of your order, in reference to painting the fences of Lots 31 and 2317 I will say that the probable cost will be $1000 for each Lot.

The present is as favorable a time as any as there is no dust to mar the appearance of the paint before drying.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt. per Childs

Should you wish the painting done please return enclosed order
