In reply to your letter of the 6^th inst I will state that Lot #1558 Sorrel Path needs "grading" "sodding" and enriching with manure.

The marble needs cleaning and the Fence needs painting; at an expense of from $65⁰⁰ to $70⁰⁰

I should be pleased to receive your order for the necessary work.
