Contracts for perp. Rep. with G. of Lots Nos 1084 1374 2730 2831 & 3318
The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot No 1084 on Fir Avenue, belonging to Mrs David Nevins, Jr., for Five hundred and fifty dollars; – of Lot No 1374 on Oak Avenue, late of Ezra S. Gannett, D. D. deceased, for Five hundred and fifty dollars; – of Lot No 2730 on Spruce Avenue late of Theodore Chase deceased, for Five hundred and fifty dollars; – of Lot No 2831 on Lavender Path, late of Isaac D. Brewer, deceased, for Six hundred dollars; – and of Lot No 3318 on Lime Avenue late of Mrs Mary Ann S. Easton, deceased for Four hundred and seventy=five dollars; it was
Voted, – that the above named contracts be severally concurred in on the part of this Board.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest representatives were designated for Lots as follows; viz; –
555 Martha M. Willard of Brighton, Daughter of Emery Willard, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Five hundred & fifty=five.
909 Edward G. Robinson of Anna, Illinois, Son of Henry Robinson, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Nine hundred and nine.
3391 Elizabeth A. Bowman of Cambridge, Daughter of Francis Bowman deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=three hundred & ninety=one.
3624 Charles B. Edgerly of Cambridge, Son of John S. Edgerly, deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=six hundred & twenty=four.
