Parker stated their inability to agree upon a person to represent the lot, and that the heirs will acquiesce in the designation of such person by the Trustees, it was

Voted, – that Mr. Benjamin C. Clark of West Roxbury be, and he is hereby designated by the Board of Trustees to represent the said Lot numbered Thirty=four hundred & ninety=three, the said Benjamin C. being a son of the said deceased proprietor.
