Dear Sir
Lot 4247 which you made application to have examined for perpetual care is enclosed with lot 4248 in the same curbing. The Trustees in each case are unwilling to take one lot without the other -- I wish -- to ask if Mrs Gragg wishes to place 4248, under perpetual care of the Corporation as otherwise it is useless for me to report 4247 to the Trustees.
Very Respectfully J. W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs

Dear Madam
I notice a very badly sunken grave in your lot #4248 and think best to notify you. It would cost $3 to fill it
Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
