In answer to your postal card requesting information about small Lots, I will say that we have several at the present time containing 142 sq. feet which we can sell for $311 0/0¹⁰⁰ Also containing 200 sq. feet for $430.⁰⁰

This price in each case includes the land in a finished condition, is graded, sodded, posted and numbered, and the sod forever kept in good order at the expense of the corporation.

Neither stone curbing nor iron fences are allowed.
