Dear Madam

I enclose postal card in blank for an order to care for this lot at an annual charge of $5.00; you will observe that by signing at the foot of the card that the order will be executed from year to year until forbid, This is simply to save you the trouble of giving, an, order each year. Of course you suit your own convenience in this matter. At that price we will keep the lot neat and orderly, the grass cut and the myrtle free of weeds &c, But it does not include any repairs to myrtle which may in the future become necessary.
