Dear Sir

I notice that you were charged for care of plants in lot #1562 last year $11.00 This is due to an error in making the entry of the charge which should have been for the same, only $8.00 - If you have not yet paid the bill please return it to me and I will abate the over charge of $3.00. If the bill has been paid, I will furnish you the usual quantity of plants viz., $3.00 worth, this year without charge. Let me hear from you at your earliest convenience.
