[In pencil:] Not sent

Henry S. [Evers?] Esq

Dear Sir

I send you a plan of the Sturgis lot #3511 showing the amount of land owned & its position with reference to the adjoining lots, and on this plan I have sketched a plan of the catacombs & the vestibule, showing the amount of land available for the front & sides of tomb.

I enclose a sketch of a tomb containing 16 catacombs, to which can be added such a design for the front and entrance as suits you. The parts colored in red represent the brickwork and then in slate color, the slate shelves on which the caskets rest, and the divisions between the catacombs.

I think the divisions between the catacombs are best of slate and the catacomb doors of marble.

I think the entire cost should not exceed $4500 unless the granite front is more elaborate than the Moore tomb which you saw. The more difficult place to arrange the grade will be on the East side toward lot #2761, and on this side some granite work (dressed) may be made.

Respectfully J.W. Lovering

I [?] no [?] the lot can be transferred except by ordering the Probate Court.
