I have notified Mr. M^cArthur that we will not allow the Mont. to be set in lot 2836, having been directed by Mrs. M.P. Curtis to stop all proceedings until further orders.

In case the parties should come to set the Mont. at any time, in the absence of Mr. M^cArthur and the fact should come to your knowledge will you please take such action as will secure the desired effect.

I want the man who expects to do the work to be properly notified of this.

You are hereby notified that the proprietor of Lot 2836 Mrs. Martha P. Curtis has left directions that the Mont. is not to be set, in above lot, until further orders.

You will take such action in accordance with the above, as will prevent its being set, by notifying whoever appears to do the work, of the facts in the case and by directing them to cease any & all work until further notice.
