The following men will be discharged on Saturday Morning May 8^th at half past three P.M. working only 3/4 of a day on that day.

John [Motishaw?] Tho^s Donahoe John Hogan Tom Howey Joseph Ray John M^cDonald Charles M^cBride Saml. Cathcart. W.T. Jones Thomas Callahan ( who has never been at work will be taken off the time book.)

These men will be paid off at my office at half past three oclock on Saturday May 8^th

Will you bring in on Monday P.M. as early after duties as possible their time.
