Dear Sir
I have examined lot 1213 and estimate it will cost $650/100 to mound the 5 graves in it. The fence is in very poor condition. I would advise its removal. That can be done, 4 posts cut over for the corners, the number of lot cut on one of them, the other post holes filled up and sodded over and all the graves mounded for the old material in fence. It will cost $31 to plant myrtle on the 5 graves.
Very respectfully James W Lovering pr J.C.S. Supt
Sir
Enclosed please find bill as desired. In regard to your order for care of 2601 I find there is a bill of $3 due for work done in 1880. The Trustees will not permit me to do work on lots where there are unpaid bill but if you will give the matter your attention the lot will at once be put under care. To prevent disappointment I had the lot cleaned up before the funeral.
Very respectfully JW Lovering
