Ephraim Lombard, Esq., Boston.
Dear Sir: -
Your note is received. It is entirely a matter of arrangement between the parties as to which will pay for setting a stone, sometimes one does it and sometimes the other.
The two stones for the setting of which the enclosed bill was rendered lay for some days after delivery on the path, and we then received a written order from Mrs. Ephraim Lombard to set them
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

Dear Sirs: -
The doors I ordered of you were to be delivered by this time. It is important that we have them at once as the delay is keeping back our work.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.
