We can of course put $2.00 worth of plants in the rustic basket, in lot 2143 if you so instruct us, but as there should be about $6.00 worth to make it look well you can, I think be hardly satisfied with, all we can, do with $2.00

For this reason I have held the order in suspense and will wait, until I am advised of your decision

Your postal card with refence to Lot 3270 is received The lot contains 315 sq. ft. and the regular price for care is $4.00 , and for top dressing is $3.00. I have, an, order signed Apr 20, 1874 for Care $3.00 + top dressing $4.00 with directions to keep in force until forfit. You will please notice that heretofor the price for care has been $2.00 less per year than scale prices. The lowest regular price for Care + top dressing is $7.00 just what you have been charged in the past.
