Voted, – that the above action of the Committee on Grounds be approved.

John W. Colman's Petition to have Corpn buy Lot. "No action needed" A Report was received from the Committee on Lots, – to whom was referred at the last meeting the request of Mr John W. Colman proprietor of Lot No 1114, Central Avenue, that the corporation would purchase a portion of said Lot, – stating that no further action was requisite, the Lot in question having been sold by Mr Colman to Mr Jos. S. Bibrim.

Voted, – that the Report of the Committee be accepted.

W. W. Blackmar Appn of for leave to remove remains from Lot 2017, Report of Com. on Interments

In response to the vote adopted at the last meeting of the Board, the Committee on Interments submitted a Report in writing, with papers accompanying the same, with reference to the application of Mr Blackmar for leave to remove certain remains from Lot 2017 to Cedar Grove Cemetery, stating their action in the case, and recommending that their Report "be Entered upon the records, and with the papers annexed be placed on file, with the order for removal, upon its return to the Secretary's office."

Accepted & ordered to be recorded

Voted, – that the above Report be accepted and Entered upon the record, and the papers stated placed on file.

Report of Committee on Interments.

(referred to at p. 218)

The Committee on Interments, to whom was referred with power, the application of W. W. Blackmar for authority to remove the bodies of Mary S. Blackmar and Sarah Blackmar from Lot 2017, for re=interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery, respectfully

Report,

That Lot 2017 now stands in the name of one A. H. Powers, whose present residence is unknown to the Secretary, and after search has not been found.

Mr Blackmar has, however, presented to the Committee a deed of an undivided half of said Lot, dated , to Charles E. Evans, executed by Charles Cook as attorney for Powers, with the Power of Attorney from Powers to Cook. It further appears from the records of interments that said Cook was recognized by the Corporation as the attorney of Powers, and signed the order for the original interments. Mr Evans was also recognized as a joint proprietor of Lot 2017, and as such holds a ticket of admission to
