and its recommendations adopted; and that the Board holds itself in readiness to visit the Cemetery for the purpose indicated at such time as the Committee on Lots may appoint.

[The foregoing communication from the Committee was accompanied by papers from the Superintendent as follows, viz: –

(a) Communication dated , containing a table showing the total number of deposit in Rec. Tomb from 1861 to 1873 inclusive.

(b) Communication dated , containing estimate of cost to enlarge and complete the new Rec. Tomb.]

The usual file of monthly bills with accompanying schedule having been submitted by the Treasurer, and read by the Secretary, it was
