Intervening space: Sec'y. authorized to pass deeds of Lots contracted to be sold without.

deliver deeds of Lots numbered 4333 and 4334, on Spruce Avenue, contracted to be sold without intervening space, as shown on the Report of the Superintendent for May 29^t, 1874. Also to prepare and deliver deeds of Lots numbered 4335 and 4336, Perella Path, contracted to be sold as above as shown on Superintendent's Report of even date –

Lot # 4341 Perp. care of soil. Comⁿ from Sup^t ref. to Com. on Lots.

The same gentleman also presented a communication from the Superintendent dated June 4^t, 1874 with reference to placing Lot #4341, Halcyon Avenue under the perpetual care of the corporation as to the turf and grass.

Voted, – that the above communication be referred to the Committee on Lots, with powers {See file of Supt's. Reports for p. c. with G.}

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots #1537 & #1380

The Secretary having stated that the chairman of the Committee on Lots had instructed him to present for the concurrence of the Board, contracts for the perpetual repair with guaranty of Lot N^o 1537, Willow Av., owned by Charles O. Whitmore, for the sum of $550.– and of Lot N^o 1380 Spruce Avenue, late of *Samuel P. Allen, deceased for the sum of $1000.– it was

Voted, – that the above contracts be concurred in on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows. viz: –

458 Margaret G. Winslow of Everett, daughter of George Winslow deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four hundred & fifty-eight.

Henry Blaney, Prop. of Lot #3949, Proposal to Mortgage Tomb

a correspondence between M^r Henry Blaney, proprietor of Lot N^o 3949 and the Superintendent with reference to mortgaging his said Lot and tomb thereon; M^r Blaney's letter bearing date Feb'y. 11, 1875, and the Superintendent's reply the 15^t of the same period.

The same having been read and considered, it was

Voted, – that said correspondence be placed on file.

*Francis Gould & W^m Richardson Division of Lots 4335 & 4336 requested

M^r Snow also submitted a communication dated February 17^t, 1875, from parties interested in the estate of Francis Gould, late proprietor of Lot #4336, and from William Richardson, proprietor of Lot #4335, requesting a re-location and division of the two lots aforesaid into three lots, in accordance with a plan by them submitted.

Voted, – that said communication be referred to the Committee on Lots.

By-Law revision. Com. of Prop^s thereon, Com. of Trustees app. to confer with, etc.

On motion of M^r Little, it was

Voted, – that the President, and Messrs. Choate, J. T. Bradlee and Snow be a committee to confer with the Committee on By-Laws appointed at the last annual meeting, in regard to the printed report prepared by said Committee, for the purpose of ascertaining what, if any, changes they are willing to make in said report.

The President called the attention of the Board to the vote adopted by the Proprietors at their last annual meeting requesting the Trustees "to enquire
