The Committee on Grounds reporting that they had deemed it expedient to extend the grading and sodding of the bank on Indian Ridge Path to a line extending from Lot No 4305 to Lot No 4039, so as to include Lot No 580, at an expense of $150.–, it was

Dear Sirs

Your postal card received. A foundation 6'-0" & 2'-3" will cost $28. I find there is a foundation in lot #4305 3'-0" & 3'-0" in position shown on diagram below.

To build two wings to this foundation 2'3" & 1'6" so as to receive the monument you speak of would cost 1360/100.
