J.O. Wetherbee Esq

Dear Sir

I have looked at your lot this morning with reference to the path proposed.

If the grade of your lot is the same as that of the Charter lot, as proposed in your letter, there would only be room back of the lot for a path 15" or 18" wide without interfering with the bank of the lot behind yours which is as steep now as it should be.

If the grade is raised to Conform with that of the tomb lot on the path side, there would be a better opportunity but steps would be needed both at Cedar Ave and also at the S.E. corner of your lot next to the Charter lot.

There is also a spruce tree which must be cut at the corner of the Charter lot which can in no way injure your lot, and which I have reason to believe they care much about keeping.

I hope you will be willing to modify your plan [so] that the path will not be an important part. If [you] feel that it is, I will meet you at the lot & will see
