Dear Madam
In regard to lot #366 of which you spoke last Sunday I find it was attended to immediately on receipt of Mr Dillaway's order but the neglect to remove the covering from the lot and the wilting of the tall grass under the few days of hot sun this spring has killed the sod. The foreman has examined the sod where discolored and finds that the roots of the grass completely dead. The only remedy left is to resod those parts the cost of which and ensuring these for one year would be $2200.
The cost of preparing and planting 2 graves with Forget-me-not will be $4.00
Very respectfully James Lovering Supt pr J.C.S.
