Dear Madam

Yours received. I have ordered the fence to be removed. The old material will pay for removing, filling up holes, posting and cutting number.

If you wish the lot sodded it will cost including care for the balance of the season $25⁰⁰/100.

There are 3 myrtle graves to put them in proper repair will cost $6⁰⁰/100. It will be the middle of September however before that can properly be done.
