Dear Sir
Your letter to the Treasurer has been sent to this office for answer. We weed and otherwise keep in order myrtle graves but special repairs are not included in the annual charge. In such an instance as this where the vase has probably decayed and allowed the earth to cave it would be impossible to estimate an annual charge to [make?] the contingency and at the sametime be fair to the other lots.
The cost of properly repairing the myrtle graves will be $500/100.
Very respectfully James W Lovering Supt pr. J.C.S.
