Dear Sir

I have examined lot #996 and find the cost of putting it in proper repair will be as follows:

Repairing sunken graves	$3.00
Cleaning stones	$6.00
Plumbing headstones	$2.50
Painting and repairing fence	$9.00

If the fence is removed 4 corner posts left and other post holes filled up number of lot cut, lot cleaned up and seeded that and the work on headstones and graves can be done for the old material.

There would be no objections to removing the tree in front of the lot by cutting down as low as possible. If you wish to have the stump dug out there would be a charge for that.

If you wish any part of the work done please inform me.
