Dear Sir

I have examined the Emerson lot #2303 and find it will cost $10 to paint and repair the fence. It will cost $6 to clean the stone and $10 to repair the sodding. I would advise you to remove the fence, cut over and lean the 4 corner posts, cut the no of the lot on one of them, fill and sod over the other post holes this work with cleaning the stones & repairing the sod can be done for $10 and the old material of the fence --

I enclose you a card giving the price of annual care etc.
